We worked with Brian to rework the original plans for the mother-in-law apartment, and once those were set he gave us a solid quote and timeline, and got through permitting quickly. Unlike other builders that we dealt with, Brian constantly communicated with us about all manner of detail. They did quality work, stuck to the timeline even though we had additional change requests, and were professional and courteous at all times. His subcontractors came back to fix several minor issues and worked quickly to remediate the problems. We are always very skeptical of contractors having had so many bad experiences.
