Mid-Atlantic Custom Builders is a family owned business that has been in operation  since 2000.   Brian Grace, the owner, has been remodeling and building homes in the Tidewater area for over 20 years.  His wife, Robin Grace, is actively involved in the business and is also the owner of Mid-Atlantic Realty and Associates.  

Mid-Atlantic Custom Builders is a proud member of the East Beach Builders Guild and has built approximately 20 homes in the East Beach neighborhood since 2005.  Mid-Atlantic is also a member of the Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority’s Builders Guild and has built many houses throughout the city of Norfolk.  In addition to Norfolk, Mid-Atlantic also builds in Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Hampton, Portsmouth and the Eastern Shore of Virginia.  Mid-Atlantic has many floor plans to select from or they can build from your floor plans.

Brian is a very “hands on” builder, he is on the job everyday ensuring that things are done correctly and in a timely manner.  He takes great pride in his projects and wants to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.  He spends a great deal of time with his clients to make sure they are getting exactly what they want in their new home.
