There are two units currently listed, one for $235k and a second for $230k. Brian asked for my "no BS bottom line" price and I told him $195 which was $35,000 less then an identical unit. He insulted us with an offer of $175,000. He didn't hesitate to brag about the countless houses he built in East Beach or the fact he was going to his beach house on the eastern shore but if you have to get rich by taking advantage of other people it's a sad existence. I live in Williamsburg and know several custom builders that built most of Fords Colony, Kings Mill and Three Rivers and they are all fair business men. During the oil crisis during the Obama administration several had 8 price increases in a year and never passed that on to their customers. So please do your homework before contracting with Brian.
